Dear Senior Housing Communities
Ask about our SMOOTH MOVE PROGRAM. We’re offering a wonderful new service to help you recruit new residents.

WHAT IS IT? It is a move-in-day service you subcontract to the Senior Life team. We will make the first day a Smooth Move day. First, we’ll meet with the family to make a plan. We’ll contact the movers to ensure everything is all set. Then we’ll share the plans and time tables with you.

Does someone need to keep the older adult busy during the move? We’ll do it. Or, would the family like to keep the senior busy while we do everything else? We’ll supervise the movers. We’ll set up the new room. We’ll go through our checklist and make sure all the essentials are available (things like extra hangers, toilet paper and facial tissue, etc.)

By the end of the day, the resident will be all settled. Their room will be set to the specifications of your new resident. We’ll softly scent the air, put a mint on their pillow, and fresh flowers in their room.

Your staff can concentrate on all the other things that need to be done on the first day. Everyone will feel supported and stress levels will improve. Call or email us.
